My husband looked good even though he had been through so much at the end and you helped with everything so quickly and effortlessly. You made such a difficult day easier for all of us. Thank you for allowing us to bring things in early. It made it so much easier on us. I know my Steve, where ever he may be now enjoyed his day for us to say goodbye. I look forward for us to pick up his ashes in the containers we purchased and the scatter containers we brought to John. Please just let me know and I will come over at your convenience. "It seems like a small thing, but notable, the body bag was a nice quilt-like design and not just a large black bag. Also the director was helpful with requested photos and a follow up copy of the receipt.
